Lust-less wonderment,
Bring me back to reality,
Where fantasy's relevance,
Will never cease to rescue me
and take me to a place where
all I want to see is
my reflection in his eyes,
My burdens,
melting away in his smile.
And the crease,
by the corner of his mouth,
Mirroring the tendencies of
my heart.
As he draws me near,
and brushes his lips against mine.
Creed.
Tell me, is it his pride?
Burning through those blackened eyes.
Take me to a place of pain.
So I can sleep without him next to me.

Lonleliness

The future
Is not what we seek,
But what we presume is coming.
The battles of our past
Complete.
Yet our fight in the present,
like an endless battle
Between what has happened,
and what is going to be.

Time goes numb.
Beauty succumbs.
Widows grasp their lifeless veils.
Chasing shadows,
That disappear by night.
Kings and queens,
un gloried by fight.

What world our we living in?
Created,
Doomed,
Resided in
by our thoughts alone.
And we're so consumed in our thoughts,
That if you really think about it,
We're all living in different worlds.
That brush past each other
like parallel universes.
Where we
and we alone
exist.

And that's what you call
Loneliness.
